Corn soup


Ingredients:

Winter has come and soup stalls have started popping up everywhere because here we have children, old and young, and everyone loves corn soup very much. Many women also make it at home but it does not have the same taste as market soup. 


So today we will teach you how to make corn soup at home that will make you forget about store-bought soup, so let's get started. 


Recipe:


. Put 3 to 4 spoons of oil in a wok and add 1 piece of chicken (1 large boneless piece with the rest of the bone) and 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste also add 2 large cardamoms to it and cook for 10 minutes. Fry


. Now add water to this pot and boil the chicken, when the chicken is boiled, take it out and keep it aside and keep the remaining water in the pot on the stove. 


. Now add vegetables (boiled peas, finely chopped carrots, and capsicum) to this water


. Shred the boiled chicken and add it to the soup


. After that, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of black pepper powder and cook, then dissolve 3 teaspoons of cornflower in water and add it to the stove. 


. Now add 4 spoons of vinegar, 2 spoons of soy sauce, and 4 spoons of chili sauce and stir. When the soup starts to thicken, add 2 eggs and cook it well. 


. When the egg is cooked well and the soup thickens, turn off the stove and serve the delicious soup to everyone and drink it yourself.
